A PROPERTY in Bournemouth is set to feature on a popular daytime BBC television show.
An apartment in the town will appear on Homes Under the Hammer, Goadsby Estate Agents’ Charlotte Anning, associate director visited the apartment in May, shortly after it went ‘under the hammer’.
Charlotte returned to the property on Tuesday, August 1, to see the ‘grand reveal’ and provide an updated valuation, after it went through a complete refurbishment.
The apartment will feature on an episode that will air in October.
The popular television show has been running since November 2003, and is currently presented by Martin Roberts and Martel Maxwell, alongside Dion Dublin, Jacqui Joseph and Tommy Walsh.
Each episode follows a number of properties that have been auctioned, often requiring refurbishment or complete redevelopment.
A local estate agent provides a valuation of the property, followed by the actual auction and sale price.
The show then follows the progress of the works, returning at the end when it has been finished.
The estate agent then returns and values the property after the work.
Goadsby Estate Agent’s Nicole Coaker from the agent’s Poole office advised on a local project for the television show in June.
She will be returning to the property after the work is completed.
