TWO shopping centres are inviting businesses to submit for a cleaning and security contract with them.

The Dolphin Centre in Poole and Bh2 in Bournemouth have confirmed they are tendering for a new soft services management provider.

The contracts are suitable for either a dual-service business or individual security and cleaning enterprises, centre owners Legal & General said.

Denizer Ibrahim, head of retail and futuring at L&G, said: “We are looking forward to hearing from prospective partners across our local area, who are interested in delivering these key services at the Dolphin and Bh2 Leisure.

“Where possible, we are keen to continue supporting our local economy and seek to find a locally affiliated partner, therefore, we welcome bids from all businesses with the relevant skills and services available.”

An event to meet the buyers will be held on Wednesday, July 26 at The Foundry in the Dolphin where prospective buyers can meet with representatives from both centres and Savills.

All businesses interested in this opportunity are encouraged to attend to find out more about the contracts and the scope of work these encompass.
