A holiday park operator has announced it has up to 100 new jobs available for seasonal staff across its Dorset sites.

Haven, which runs Rockley Park in Poole and several sites in Weymouth, is on a recruitment drive for the summer season.

Roles are available across many departments, including, food and beverage, activities and leisure, and housekeeping, with full and part-time opportunities on offer.

The job offers in Dorset come as part of a national mission to recruit more than 1,500 new members of staff.

Nola Ferguson, head of talent acquisition, said: “At Haven, our guests are at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for job seekers of all ages and backgrounds with a passion for delivering excellent service to ensure that our guests have the best possible holiday experience.

“With the UK staycation market booming, we have over 1,500 fantastic roles available at our parks, whether candidates are seeking a terrific opportunity to grow their career in hospitality or an age-friendly employer that embraces the benefits that age-diversity brings to our family-centric holiday parks.

“To ensure that new hires get the support and guidance they need, we have a comprehensive training programme in place for every role.”

Haven, which is part of the award-winning Bourne Leisure group, said it has seen more than 40,000 extra guest bookings for the peak summer holiday period compared to the same time last year.

It is expected to welcome more than three million guests throughout 2023.

The company was acquired by Blackstone in 2021, with more than £230m invested in parks across the past two years.
