THE ICONIC Red Arrows have been spotted in the skies above Bournemouth today.

Charles III has marked his first birthday parade as King.

He was joined by the Queen and members of the royal family to view the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards Troop their Colour.

The annual event of Trooping of the Colour has marked the official birthday of the sovereign for more than 260 years.

The King completed his first Trooping the Colour as sovereign from the Buckingham Palace balcony.

Around 70 aircraft from the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force took part in celebrations – including aircraft from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, the C-130 Hercules on its final ceremonial flight, modern Typhoon fighter jets with a red, white and blue finale from the Red Arrows.

The popular jets were later spotted above Hurn and snapped thanks to Echo Camera Club member, Dave Green.
