DARREN KNIGHTS, aged 42 and of Tedder Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing goods to the value of £60.94 belonging to Tesco in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on September 4, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £60.94 compensation, £50 costs and £26 surcharge. Also admits stealing goods of an unknown value from Tesco in Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, on December 9, 2022. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

BRIAN MUSPRATT, aged 63 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Brassey Road, Bournemouth, on March 2 with 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge.

STUART PROCTOR, aged 41 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mitsubishi L200 in Safety Drive, Poole, on February 3 with 246 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge. Also admits driving a Mitsubishi L200 in Safety Drive, Poole, on February 3 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Driving record endorsed. No separate penalty.

SULEYMAN SHARIF, aged 53 and of no fixed abode, admits being drunk and disorderly in Churchill Road, Bournemouth, on April 28. Fined £40. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 18, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 29. Fined £40.

CHRISTCHURCH

BRENNAN FISH, aged 33 and of Jumpers Avenue, Christchurch when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of urine for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether you had committed an offence, failed to do so in Christchurch on January 17. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge.

MELISSA LUKE, aged 42 and of The Mount, Ringwood, admits driving a blue Audi TT on the A31 St Leonards on May 1 with 108 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months. Fined £200. To pay £85 costs and £114 surcharge.

POOLE

OWEN HARRIS, aged 20 and of Adastral Road, Poole, admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Penn Hill Avenue, Poole, on April 30 with 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £300. To pay £85 costs and £120 surcharge.

PURBECK

BEN THOMAS, aged 35 and of Ramsay Gardens, Romford, admits assaulting PC Wilson, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in High Street, Swanage, on April 30. Fined £750. To pay £85 costs and £300 surcharge. Also admits wilfully obstructing PC Wilson a constable in the execution of his duty in High Street, Swanage, on April 30. No separate penalty.
