BRIAN MUSPRATT, aged 63 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Brassey Road, Bournemouth, on March 2 with 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge.

STUART PROCTOR, aged 41 and of Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Mitsubishi L200 in Safety Drive, Poole, on February 3 with 246 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Fined £120. To pay £85 costs and £48 surcharge. OWEN HARRIS, aged 20 and of Adastral Road, Poole, admits driving a Ford Fiesta in Penn Hill Avenue, Poole, on April 30 with 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
