CHERRIES trio Gary O’Neil, Dominic Solanke and Marcus Tavernier all missed out on winning Premier League awards.
Each were nominated in different categories for monthly gongs, after the club’s impressive run during April.
Having guided his side to five wins from seven matches, boss O’Neil was part of a five-man shortlist for manager of the month. O’Neil, alongside Eddie Howe, Pep Guardiola and Roy Hodgson, missed out to Aston Villa’s Unai Emery.
Solanke was on an eight-man shortlist for player of the month, after registering three goals and three assists in seven appearances.
Manchester City superstar Erling Haaland won the award, with the likes of Alexander Isak, Diogo Jota and Callum Wilson also among those to miss out.
Meanwhile, Tavernier’s stunning strike against Fulham was beaten to goal of the month by Wolves midfielder Matheus Nunes’s effort against Chelsea.
Winners were decided by a combination of expert panel and fan votes.
