BOURNEMOUTH

CHAS HENRY LYNCH, aged 38 and of Witt Road, Winterslow, admits being in charge of a motor vehicle in Wellington Road, Bournemouth, on January 4 with not less than 60 micrograms of methylamphetamine per litre of blood. Fined £40. To pay £16 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

JAMES CAIRNS, aged 37 and of Gerrard Road, Bournemouth, admits without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority took a pedal cycle for the use of himself or another in Glen Fern Road car park, Glen Fern Road, Bournemouth, on January 7. Fined £40. To pay £16 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on March 31, 2022, for an offence of criminal damage. No action taken on breach.

CALLUM DAVID ANDERSON, aged 23 and of Ashley Road, Bournemouth, admits in company with Cameron Bhatt stealing two bottles of Smirnoff vodka valued at £31 belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on October 9, 2022. To pay £15.50 compensation.

EAST DORSET

BILLY JAY COOPER, aged 23 and of Station Road, Wimborne Minster, admits driving a Mercedes in Station Road, Wimborne Minster, on January 21 with 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

AMY JANE ANDREWS, aged 33 and of unknown address, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Ferndown on July 9, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £100 compensation and £85 costs.

JOHN PATRICK HUNTER, aged 58 and of Ringwood Road, Ferndown, admits driving a Honda on the A338 Spur Road Cooper Dean to Blackwater junction, Christchurch, on May 20, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 62mph. Fined £40. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

NORTH DORSET

DANIEL RICHARD HOUGHTON, aged 30 and of Union Court, Blandford, admits damaging household items to the value of approximately £3,504.08 belonging to a couple in Gillingham on August 12, 2022. To pay £100 compensation.

RAJAT GUPTA, aged 24 and of Thurston Road, London, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Canford Way, Poole, on January 1. Fined £2,560. To pay £1,024 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

DANNY LINDSAY, aged 32 and of Beaumaris Road, Poole, found guilty of driving a grey Volkswagen Transporter in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on September 14, 2022, without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also found guilty of using a Volkswagen Transporter in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on September 14, 2022, without insurance. Fined £230. Driving record endorsed. Also found guilty of driving a grey Volkswagen Transporter in Ringwood Road, Ferndown, on September 14, 2022, with 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £230. To pay £184 surcharge and £500 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

CAMERON BHATT, aged 20 and of HMP Winchester, admits in company with Callum Anderson stealing two bottles of Smirnoff vodka valued at £31 belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole. To pay £15.50 compensation.

RYAN JAMES LEE SMALL, aged 25 and of Wimborne Road, Poole, admits driving a Peugeot in Dean Park Crescent, Bournemouth, on March 1 with 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £280. To pay £112 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.
