Now that the BCP has got its hands on the beautiful town of Christchurch and all its attributes they are setting out to ruin the said town.

Today I see that they have chopped down the trees in the high street tree beds for what ever reason and also allowing the high street to become an advertising board with the application for a illuminated advertising board outside our nice Regent Centre.

They have messed around with the bus lane lights which seem to not now allow buses from the High Street to get priority to leave the street, thus jamming the High Street even more.

The closing of the police station, which is still a wasteland on the entrance to the town has diverted the police to the fire station and for some reason the ambulances along Fairmile.

Being the thinnest road into town with the railway bridge being a pinch point, it has two schools along it and is just waiting for one of the service vehicles who run at high speed along this road to run someone over.

Why the ambulances do not use the wider, two lane Barrack Road to get through Christchurch I cannot fathom.

There seems to be little to no chance that this council will listen to the people of Christchurch or any common sense so I can only fear more of the same in the future.
