A BOURNEMOUTH MP is looking into ways the conurbation can mark the upcoming King’s coronation.
Bournemouth East MP Tobias Ellwood has suggested renaming a road to commemorate the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.
Mr Ellwood told the Daily Echo he was considering different roads around Bournemouth, and name ideas including ‘King Charles Street’, but said he wanted to be sure it was what the public wanted.
Mr Ellwood said: “I think it would be quite a nice thing to do, and a long-term tribute to this important occasion in our history.”
