AN E-SCOOTER and a helmet worth around £500 were stolen from outside Castlepoint.
The Pure e-scooter and the helmet were secured to railings near Next at the shopping centre, when a man cut the padlock off the scooter and stole it, at around 4.30pm on Saturday, February 4.
Dorset Police have just released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify and are appealing for any information on the theft.
Police community support investigator Jared Sharman, of Bournemouth police, said: “I have been continuing to investigate this theft and have now obtained a CCTV image of the suspect.
“I would ask anyone who recognises him or has information about his identity to please contact Dorset Police.”
