A DRIVER is being taken to hospital with minor injuries following a single-vehicle crash at Canford Bottom this morning.
Police received reports a vehicle had been involved in a collision with a lamppost at 6am.
Officers attended along with the ambulance service and a road closure was put in place.
Recovery was requested for the vehicle.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said the local authority was made aware of the incident due to oil on the road.
The vehicle was recovered and the road reopened at around 7.30am.
