BOURNEMOUTH

COBY EKE, aged 28 and of HM YOI The Grove, admits damaging a blue Hyundai I20 by pulling out ignition cowling and wiring and a scratch to the driver’s door to the value of £3,000 belonging to a man in Drummond Road, Bournemouth, on March 27, 2022. To pay £300 compensation and £85 costs.

ARTUR PAWLAK, aged 31 and of Sedgley Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Bournemouth on February 15. Fined £300. To pay £120 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

KATHRYN CHRISTIE, aged 30 and of Boundary Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Fiat motor car on the A35 Puddletown Bypass on June 3, 2022, at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 81mph. Fined £133. To pay £34 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also admits driving a Fiat motor car on the A35 Puddletown Bypass on June 17, 2022, at a speed exceeding 70mph, namely 85mph. Fined £133. To pay £53 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with four points. Also admits driving a Fiat motor car on the A3049 Dorset Way, Poole, on June 25, 2022, at a speed exceeding 50mph, namely 68mph. Fined £292. To pay £106 surcharge. Driving record endorsed with three points.

EAST DORSET

DANIEL PAUL CLARKE, aged 37 and of Gussage All Saints, Wimborne, admits damaging a vehicle to the value of approximately £700 belonging to a man in High Street, Wimborne, on May 31, 2022. Fined £80. To pay £700 compensation, £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

ALMEANA BROWNE, aged 60 and of King’s Avenue, Poole, found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Suzuki motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, after April 14, 2022. Fined £660. To pay £66 surcharge and £250 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

CHARLIE DEAN KENNETH CARR, aged 24 and of no fixed abode, found guilty of with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person of another harassment, alarm or distress. Committed to prison for one week. To pay £100 compensation.

ELLIE LOUISE HOSFORD, aged 18 and of Millfield, Poole, admits being drunk and disorderly in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on February 12. Fined £40. To pay £16 surcharge and £40 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on December 23, 2022, for offences of battery and assault an emergency worker. No action taken on breach. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on January 6 for offences of theft and common assault. No action taken on breach.
