A GROUP of teens in balaclavas allegedly caused criminal damage to a vehicle in north Dorset

A group of seven people, who were all aged in their late teens, reportedly caused damage to a parked vehicle in Damory Court Street in Blandford at around 7.40am on Friday, February 24. 

The group were all wearing dark clothing and balaclavas and one of them was wearing a red coat and two were riding bicycles. 

Officers attended and searched the area, as well as checking for CCTV and carrying out house-to-house enquiries. 

Police Constable Vicky Worboys, of North Dorset police, said: “I am appealing to anyone who saw what happened, or witnessed a group of teenagers in the area acting suspiciously, to please come forward. 

“If you have a home CCTV system or doorbell camera in the vicinity, I would ask you to please check your footage for anything of relevance to help my enquiries.”
