A NEW wildlife-themed adventure golf course is set to open in a park in Poole

The nine-hole course will be opening at Upton Country Park in April and will be delivered by Upton Adventure Gold Ltd.

Following the theme of British wildlife, the new golf course will be in the activity space near the Education Centre.

Suitable for all ages and abilities, rounds at the golf course will be priced at £3 per person. Children aged three and under can play for free.

There is also the option to play a second round for £2. The course will be open on weekends and school/bank holidays.

Jack Robinson, director of Upton Adventure Golf, said he is “really excited” to be bringing something “new and fresh” to the park.

He added: “We are looking to employ two local residents and we are really excited and look forward to bringing something new and fresh to the park.

“We will start work on making the course in March.”

Mr Robinson, along with business partner Christopher Aubrey, already have five other adventure golf courses dotted across the country.
