A WOMAN who repeatedly exposed her bottom has been jailed after breaching a suspended sentence within 24 hours of it being imposed.

Yasmin McCue, whose address was given as High Street in Gillingham, appeared before Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Friday, January 20 where she was given a suspended sentence for a host of offences including assault, racially aggravated disorder, and outraging public decency.

McCue, 30, had pleaded guilty to 14 offences: three counts of racially aggravated disorderly behaviour, three of outraging public decency, two of assault, two of theft from a store, one of theft from a person, one of failing to surrender to police, one of criminal damage, and one public order offence.

Two of the racially aggravated offences related to a sign, writing or visible communication that was displayed in Gillingham on November 13 of last year.

The court heard McCue, on three occasions between October 18 and November 13 of last year, caused an ‘outrage to public decency’ by exposing her bottom whilst in Gillingham.

At the hearing the 30 year old was handed restraining orders against five named individuals as well as being banned from going to the Co-Op in Gillingham as well as the Esso Garage on Chantry Fields.

Within 24 hours McCue was back at the Co-Op, in breach of the restraining order, where she stole alcohol and food to an unknown value.

She subsequently appeared at Poole Magistrates' Court on Monday, January 23 where she admitted breaching the restraining order, theft from a store, as well as previous offences of theft from a store and a public order offence dating back to September 14.

McCue has been jailed for a period of 12 weeks and ordered to pay a total of £184.85 in compensation.
