A BOURNEMOUTH company offering a complete holistic health care package- Natural Healing is Trader of the Week.
Found in Christchurch Road, Natural Healing is a clinic providing healing treatments, as well as classes and workshops.
Many customers choose to begin their journey with treatments such as chiropractic care, medical acupuncture, massage therapy, yoga therapy or physical rehab, and continue their progress with classes like pilates, breathwork or meditation.
The concept was launched two years ago by 26-year-old Joshua Sparks- a trained chiropractor and yoga instructor from Mudeford.

He said: “I don’t wholeheartedly believe in one thing. I think chiropractic helps you get out of a painful situation, but ultimately, we are resilient as beings, and you can look after yourself by getting yourself strong and healthy through movement.
“Often people come to see us because they’re in pain, and once I’ve done my job properly, they’re out of pain and I’m just bumping shoulders with them on the way to the class they’re going to.”
Natural Healing’s unit in Bournemouth opened its doors in October of last year. Prior to that, Joshua had been running his services from yoga studios that he had hired in Southbourne and New Milton.
Now, he is joined at the premises by his girlfriend, who is also a chiropractor and a yoga instructor, as well as other trained professionals to provide the treatments and classes.

Joshua said: “We are very excited to be offering such a needed service for our community.
“We’re offering classes for the 'every-body' and bespoke treatments to restore people's movement, joy and quality of life.
“We have a cost-effective membership too. Lots of people end up on a healing membership, which includes one treatment a month, and then one class a month to keep you ticking on.”
Joshua also explained that services could be booked individually, and classes were offered as both one-to-one and as a group.
He said: “We’re always developing, and next month we’ve got new classes launching. We’re trying to keep the community happy.”
