A TATTOO studio which prides itself on being “incredibly inclusive”- Timebomb Tattoo and Piercing is Trader of the Week.
Found in Lansdowne Crescent, Timebomb is Bournemouth’s newest tattoo and piercing studio, having only opened its doors at the beginning of December.
The man behind the studio is Richie Hudson, who established the Timebomb brand in Croydon nearly twenty years ago.
Following a move to Bournemouth in recent months, Richie was keen to branch out and introduce a second studio on the coast.
He said: “After having my studio in Croydon for 20 years and after much deliberation I wanted to bring the same high-quality work and amazing customer service down to the South coast.

“All of our staff are fully trained in various styles of tattooing including Fineline, Neo-traditional, Realism, Nordic, Japanese, Traditional, Portraits plus Flash work and are there to provide expert advice on all aspects of tattoos, tattooing and aftercare.
“We have 3 resident artists and also bring over the greatest guest artists from all over the globe including Mexico, Chile, Italy and Sweden.”
Richie says his aim for the Bournemouth studio is to make his customers the “number one priority”, and a big part of that was making them feel “at ease”.
He said: “Customer service is paramount. We want people to come in maybe not knowing what to expect but leaving as raving fans.

“We pride ourselves on being super-inclusive and a friendly environment where customers can feel at ease whether they are getting their first tattoo or continuing a full body suit.
“I know it can be a little intimidating visiting a tattoo studio for the first time, so we wanted to make the experience a relaxing one with absolutely no obligation and no hard sell.”
The studio is also home to two friendly female body piercers working from Monday to Saturday.
Most importantly, Timebomb is described as a ‘clean’ and ‘safe’ tattoo studio. Richie said: “We are at the forefront of sterilisation and sanitation techniques and our tattoo studio provides a clean, safe and friendly environment which is fully licensed and endorsed by Bournemouth Council.”
