A Dorset village has been named among the poshest in the UK according to a new list by The Times.
The paper listed 22 villages from around the UK that were considered the poshest, with Studland being included.
Fleur Britten and Francisca Kellett writing for The Times said: "What makes a modern, aspirational village? Is it the helipad, the historic pub with the Michelin star or the rock star who’s moved into the manor house down the road?
"Just as there can be microclimates, so there can be microcultures creating a scene amongst the scenery. It’s enough to turn even the most committed of urbanites."
This is the second list Studland has appeared on at the beginning of January, as it was also included on The Telegraph's 54 most desirable villages in the UK for 2023.
The full list of 22 villages can be seen on The Times website here.

Studland
The Times described Studland as the "in-the-know Dorset destination" boasting a "gorgeous string of golden-sand beaches".
Its fine dining options were also points of praise, including the Pig on the Beach restaurant on a "cracking clifftop setting" and a locally-sourced menu.
Additionally, the "crackling fires" of the Bankes Arms pub is another selling point, alongside the well-stocked Studland stores.
