A MAN was found dead in a car in Tesco car park.

Dorset Police were called to the car park at around 11am on Monday, December 19, at the Tesco store in Wimborne Road in Kinson. 

Officers attended, along with the ambulance service, where they found a man aged in his 50s to be unresponsive in a car. 

The death is not being treated as suspicious and his family has been informed.

A spokesman for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 10.54am on Monday 19 December 2022 that a man had been found unresponsive in a vehicle in Wimborne Road in Bournemouth

“The ambulance service attended and very sadly the man, aged in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

“Officers also attended and confirmed the death is not being treated as suspicious. 

“The man’s family has been informed and our thoughts are with them at this difficult time.” 

A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 10.52hrs on Monday 19 December to an incident in Bournemouth and sent a double-crewed land ambulance and an operations officer.”
