MAGDALINA BACHAJ, aged 41 and of Talbot Hill Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Bournemouth on May 14. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

FENTON CULLEY, aged 22 and of Surrey Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of assaulting a woman by beating her in Bournemouth on May 29. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity. Restraining order made, which lasts until November 27, 2024. GEMMA DOROTHY ETHERIDGE, aged 32 and of Sydney Road, Christchurch, admits pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that she sent messages via Facebook, Instagram and text and left voicemail messages in Poole between May 4 and May 15. Restraining order made, which lasts until November 27, 2023. Fined £61. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

BRETT MORGAN, aged 48 and of Hod View, Stourpaine, admits having 17 grams of amphetamine in The Close, Blandford Forum, on June 1. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

MARK CULLEN, aged 20 and of no fixed abode, found guilty of assaulting PC Lewis, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker in Blandford on September 9. Committed to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £100 compensation and £154 surcharge.

RAFFERTY MARTIN, aged 20 and of The Horseshoe, Poole, admits being the master of a power driven vessel or other water craft namely a Boston Whaler, suffering or causing the said vessel to be navigated or driven in Poole Harbour at a speed exceeding 10 knots through the water without the consent of the harbour master. Fined £500. To pay £2,760 costs.

SEAN DAVID MILLER, aged 52 and of Madeline Close, Poole, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Poole on June 21. Committed to prison for one month consecutive, suspended for 24 months. To pay £154 surcharge. Also admits having a lock knife in Poole on June 21. Committed to prison for two months, suspended for 24 months. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed.
