BENJAMIN JOHN LUKE WORTH, aged 45 and of Moorfield Grove, Bournemouth, admits using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Bournemouth on April 29. Fined £120. To pay £50 compensation and £34 surcharge.

ANDREW COCHRANE, aged 41 and of Bournemouth Road, Poole, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Poole on February 20. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £10. To pay £95 surcharge and £100 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order on March 26, 2020, for the offences of assault emergency worker, criminal damage and fail bail. RICHARD MARK JAMES, aged 56 and of Deansleigh Park, Shaftesbury, admits driving a Jaguar on the A30 Lotmoor Hill, East Stour, on October 19, 2021, at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 36mph. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

KARIM SADIQ ARCHIBOLD, aged 26 and of Hazeldean Road, Harlesden, London, found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Blandford Road, Poole, on May 13.
