A HOTEL in Lymington will reopen its doors next month following a multi-million-pound refurbishment.

Boutique hotel Stanwell House has undergone a revamp over the past year, with the reopening to take place on Friday, December 16.

The reopening is eagerly anticipated, and first guests will be able to book one of the 27 rooms from Thursday December 1.

Bournemouth Echo:

Every room has been fully refurbished with personality and ‘unique touches.’

Each room features luxury furnishings, carefully considered features and all the modern amenities you may need to make it the ‘ultimate home-from-home environment.’

Guests will have a range of dining options to choose from, from fine dining to more casual dishes.

The Samphire Restaurant is the hotel’s finest offering, focusing on seafood. It will feature ingredients of the "highest quality, beautifully prepared and presented".

The Salt Bar offers family favourites and comfort food, with a touch of ‘Stanwell sophistication.’

A stylish cocktail bar will be open to guests in the Orangery, making it an ideal spot to meet friends over lunch, afternoon tea or something from the new Champagne and oyster menu.

Bournemouth Echo:

General manager at the hotel, Lance Bartlett, said: “We’re really excited to be opening our doors and welcoming back guests to the hotel.

“This is the result of months of hard work for so many people and the last thing we wanted to do was to rush it and not have everything perfect for opening.”

Mr Bartlett gave special thanks to the local community, for their patience and support throughout the renovations.

Bournemouth Echo:

“We appreciate everyone’s patience, and it has been great to see how many people are anticipating our reopening,” he said.

“We can’t wait for our guests to experience all the hard work and money that has gone into making the hotel a luxury boutique for everyone to enjoy.”
