Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 42-day accredited programme. Fined £360. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

JANOS KAROLLY, aged 34 and of Grafton Close, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Grafton Close, Bournemouth, on October 8 with 98 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to five days of rehabilitation activity. Fined £300. To pay £120 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence 25 months.

JESSI ILANA PRESTON, aged 31 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing £5 belonging to a man in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, on November 3. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £5 compensation, £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits not being at her place of abode and had with her articles for use in the course of or in connection with theft of a motor vehicle, namely wire cutters, a multi-tool and a screwdriver in Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, on November 3. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

STEVEN WAYNE BRAZIER, aged 37 and of Milton Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so between July 2 and July 5. Fined £150. To pay £60 surcharge and £200 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on November 18, 2020, for an offence of harassment. No action taken on breach.

CHRISTCHURCH

FRANKIE TROTT, aged 30 and of Ringwood Road, Christchurch, admits stealing a Sony mobile telephone and a Huawei tablet to the value of £200 belonging to a woman in Coles Avenue, Poole, on May 13, 2019. Fined £100. To pay £200 compensation, £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

EAST DORSET

MARY CASH, aged 39 and of Layhams Road, Keston, convicted of stealing goods to the value of £50.55 belonging to Total Convenience Stores in Leigh Road, Wimborne Minster, on December 5, 2021. Fined £50. To pay £50.55 compensation and £40 surcharge. Also failed to surrender at Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 28, or as soon after that time as was reasonably practicable, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 22. Fined £50.

POOLE

MARCIN GAJDA, aged 39 and of High Street, Poole, admits having a folding pocket knife which had a blade the cutting edge of which exceeded three inches in Serpentine Road, Poole, on June 8. Fined £185. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on November 11, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on October 7. No separate penalty.
