"The areas of greatest need are Eastcliff and Springbourne and Boscombe West, we don’t want people to have to choose between being warm or eating a meal, so we’re urging the community to donate to local food collections.

"Bournemouth Foodbank’s greatest needs currently are UHT milk, tinned meat and fish, long life juice and tinned fruit and vegetables although all donations are welcome and encouraged to be brought along to battle the increasing level of need in the community this winter.”

The Electro Foodraiser, a multi-genre event, held by a collective of local DJs, they will be spinning a range of tunes including drum and bass, electro-swing and house music, all whilst encouraging the attendees to bring donations along to the party for the food bank collection.
