BOURNEMOUTH

SAMUEL RICHARD JAMES THOMSON, aged 31 and of Romney Road, Bournemouth, convicted of driving a Volkswagen car in West Way, Bournemouth, on March 8, 2017, when he was using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fined £900. To pay £85 surcharge and £90 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

ADRIAN GOODFELLOW, aged 56 and of Madeira Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so at Bournemouth Police Custody on October 27. Fined £500. To pay £200 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ADAM DANIEL JAMES HAGGETT, aged 43 and of Poole Hill, Bournemouth, admits stealing alcohol to the value of £291.40 belonging to Morrisons in Bell Street, Shaftesbury, on August 13. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £291.40 compensation.

CARL BENNETT, aged 33 and of Norton Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Peugeot motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after February 2. Fined £905. To pay £91 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

CHRISTCHURCH

CHRISTOPHER ALEXANDER BRADLEY, aged 29 and of Layside, Mudeford, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 25 by failing to attend planned office appointments on May 13 and October 5 and a planned pre-group appointment on September 28. Community order revoked. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

MARK REGINALD BROWN, aged 52 and of Sterte Close, Poole, admits driving a Mercedes motor vehicle in Rossmore Road, Poole, on July 24 with seven micrograms of THC per litre of blood. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

JASON LEE KIRKBY, aged 32 and of Viscount Walk, Poole, admits being concerned in the production of eight cannabis plants in Viscount Walk, Poole, on May 6. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs and equipment to be forfeited and destroyed.

CHRISTOPHER ROBERT OTOOLE, aged 33 and of Chaldon Road, Poole, admits having a small quantity of cannabis in Seldown Lane, Poole, on October 26. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

ADAM HOBIE WHITE, aged 32 and of Old Kiln Road, Poole, admits driving a Range Rover in High Street, Cowes, on September 16 with 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £184. To pay £74 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

MICHAEL ANTHONY JOHNSON, aged 36 and of Melbury Avenue, Poole, admits driving a Ford car in Ringwood Road, Poole, on March 1 without due care and attention. Fined £251. Also admits being the driver of a Ford car owing to the presence of which in Ringwood Road, Poole, on March 1 an accident occurred whereby personal injury and damage was caused to another person and another vehicle and he failed to stop. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 29 days, take part in up to five rehabilitation activity days and carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. To pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.
