FOREST Holme Hospice will hold two Light Up A Life remembrance services next month.

Last year’s service was held for the very first time at Long Barrow Ceremony Hall, Harbour View in Lytchett Minster and proved so successful that the Poole-based hospice has added an additional service to allow supporters a further opportunity to come together to remember and reflect on the wonderful moments spent with their loved ones.

Once again this year’s services will take place at Long Barrow Ceremony Hall, Harbour View in Lytchett Minster and is open to anyone, not just people whose loved ones were cared for at Forest Holme. The first service takes place on the evening of Thursday 1st December at 6.30pm and with an additional service on the morning of Sunday 4th December at 10.30am.

Each service will be a mixture of carols, readings and reflection followed by refreshments. Both services will also be streamed live online for those who cannot make it to either event and will be available to view afterwards for a limited period.

It is free to attend and although you do not need to pre-register, if you are planning on attending or would like to be sent the link to watch the service online, you can contact Forest Holme by emailing fundraising@forestholmehospice.org.uk or you can register via www.forestholmehospice.org.uk/Light-Up-a-Life/

Paul Tucker, communications manager at Forest Holme, said, “We are absolutely delighted that Harbour View has offered us their stunning location for this year’s event again and very grateful that the team at Tapper’s have given us the opportunity to have an additional Sunday service.”
