VITALIY MARTYNETS, aged 46 and of West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby in Bournemouth on September 15, 2021. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

KWAKU BAAH, aged 25 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on April 20 by failing to attend supervision appointments as instructed on October 4 and October 11 and a planned telephone appointment on August 9. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £115.

ANDREW PHILIP HOMER, aged 44 and of Abinger Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on June 23 without a licence, the Secretary of State having revoked such a licence and since that earlier time he had not been granted a new licence. Fined £415. To pay £166 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using a Skoda motor vehicle in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on June 23 without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with six points.

LEE ANTHONY CURRY, aged 39 and of York Place, Bournemouth admits with Christopher Patrick Heap stealing meat and fish valued at £59.75 belonging to Co-op in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on August 19. Discharged conditionally for 11 months. To pay £29.87 compensation.

CHRISTOPHER PATRICK HEAP, aged 35 and of York Place, Bournemouth admits with Lee Anthony Curry stealing meat and fish valued at £59.75 belonging to Co-op in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on August 19. Discharged conditionally for 11 months. To pay £29.87 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of six months imposed on March 31 for an offence of theft from shop. No action taken on breach.

WENDY CHARMAINE LOCKYER, aged 48 and of The Avenue, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on July 7 with 218 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 10 rehabilitation activity days and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

BRIAN EDWARD ANDREWS, aged 53 and of Barrack Road, Christchurch, admits stealing foodstuffs to the value of £22 belonging to Poundland in High Street, Christchurch, on June 22. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £26 surcharge.

CARL FREDERICK DAVID ROBERTSON, aged 37 and of Campbell Road, Christchurch, admits driving a motor vehicle in Castle Lane East on July 24 with 156 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. Fined £1,600. To pay £640 and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

KYLE NEIL JAMES WEBSTER, aged 27 and of Quantock Court, Christchurch, admits driving a Suzuki motorcycle in Westwood Road, Salisbury, on March 13 with 92 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £150. To pay £34 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Also admits using a Suzuki motorcycle in Westwood Road, Salisbury, on March 13 without insurance. Fined £150. Driving record endorsed.

POOLE

SAMUEL LEE BARNEY, aged 34 and of Slepe Crescent, Poole, admits stealing a tent and a bottle of alcohol to the value of £51.68 belonging to Aldi in Blandford Road North, Upton, on June 25. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £51.68 compensation, £26 surcharge and £85 costs.
