BOURNEMOUTH

MADELEINE KREINA PANKHURST, aged 51 and of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on October 14, 2021. Restraining order made, which lasts until November 3, 2023. To pay £50 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits stealing meat, clothing and wine to the value of £175.10 belonging to Asda in St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth, on April 19. Committed to prison for 21 days. To pay £128 surcharge.

ANDREW JOHN CLARK, aged 26 and of Granby Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes motor car, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after September 7, 2021. Fined £138. To pay £34 surcharge and £120 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

RHODRI STEVEN MUNRO, aged 39 and of Curzon Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Citroen Berlingo can in Canford Heath Road, Poole, on May 21 while unfit to drive through drugs. Fined £300. To pay £34 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

ARRON JOHN GRAY, aged 25 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that during his post sentence supervision period he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor. Fined £50. To pay £30 costs.

CHRISTCHURCH

ADAM MICHAEL COX, aged 30 and of Barrack Road, Christchurch, admits stealing food items belonging to Asda valued at £20.54 in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on August 18. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £20.54 compensation and £26 surcharge.

EAST DORSET

EDDIE O’HALLORAN, aged 20 and of Paddocks Way, Longham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on June 15 by failing to attend a planned office visit on July 26 and unacceptable behaviour during an unpaid work session on September 23. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

LEVI CHAMBERLAIN, aged 31 and of King John Avenue, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, in the course of an investigation into whether eh had committed an offence at Bournemouth Custody and Enquiries in Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on October 21. Fined £400. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

SARAH JAY-HOPE, aged 49 and of Gwynne Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on December 29, 2021, with 98 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow a curfew for 18 weeks. To pay £95 surcharge and £625 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

LEAH LAUREN POUND, aged 20 and of Denmark Road, Poole, admits stealing alcohol belonging to Waitrose valued at £113 in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on August 8. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £50. To pay £113 compensation, £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 18 months imposed on March 4. Community order made.

LOUISE CHRISTINE DUSSIAUX, aged 65 and of Phyldon Close, Poole, admits damaging windows and a door to the value of £449 belonging to a woman in Christchurch on May 8. Discharged conditionally for two years. Restraining order made, which lasts until November 3, 2023. To pay £449 compensation, £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits with intent to cause two people harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing them or another harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for two years.

ORDAN LUKE ALLNER, aged 27 and of Phyldon Road, Parkstone, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on November 7, 2019, by failing to attend unpaid work induction appointments on August 26 and September 16. Community order revoked. Fined £1,000.

KENNETH MISKELLY, aged 52 and of Christopher Crescent, Poole, found guilty of being in charge of a Ford Focus in West Quay Road, Poole, on August 19 with 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for two months.

PURBECK

ANNE HOLL, aged 62 and of Copthall Avenue, Hawkhurst, admits driving a Ford motor car in Lulworth Road, Wool, on October 22, 2021, at a speed exceeding 30mph. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
