LEILA ANGEL GREEN, aged 39 and of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth, admits knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected from her, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £40.05 at Tesco in Poole Road, Poole, on February 17. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £40.05 compensation. Also admits driving a red Peugeot at Tesco in Poole Road, Poole, on February 17 without a licence. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. DANIEL ROSS, aged 53 and of Highfield Avenue, Golders Green, London, admits driving a Toyota motor car on the A35 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 36mph. Fined £270. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

CLAUDIA JOAN LANGTON, aged 39 and of Grosvenor Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Grosvenor Gardens, Bournemouth, October 16 with 71 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £123. To pay £85 surcharge and £49 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

AMBERLEIGH GALLICHAN, aged 25 and of The Paddock, Winterbourne Abbas, admits damaging glass panels to the value of £717.97 belonging to De Vere Royal Bath Hotel in Bath Road, Bournemouth, on February 27. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £400 compensation.

EAST DORSET

STEPHEN ISAAC LAMB, aged 38 and of Shaftesbury Road, West Moors, admits resisting PC Berry a constable in the execution of his duty in Shaftesbury Road, West Moors, on October 11. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

GIOVANNI FERMI, aged 66 and of Moriconium Quay, Hamworthy, admits using a Jaguar in Letchworth Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, on September 6, 2018, without insurance. Fined £120. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

CHRISTOPHER HOWARD BARON, aged 36 and of Copse Close, Poole, found guilty of driving a Vauxhall Vivaro van on the A350 Blandford Bypass on October 4, 2020, with 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £1,250. To pay £125 surcharge and £625 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.

ROBERT JAMES CATLEUGH, aged 37 and of no fixed abode, admits telephoning a woman in Poole on October 29, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on April 26, 2021. Fined £40. Also admits stealing a bottle of gin to the value of £28 belonging to Sainsbury’s in Billet Street, Taunton. Fined £40. To pay £28.

WAYNE DARRON CHARLES SPEIRS, aged 52 and of no fixed abode, admits being drunk and disorderly in Bridge Street, Newbury, on September 17. Fined £50. To pay £20 surcharge.
