LEILA ANGEL GREEN, aged 39 and of Suffolk Road, Bournemouth, admits knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely fuel, was required or expected from her, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £40.05 at Tesco in Poole Road, Poole, on February 17. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £40.05 compensation.
