Details on the cases of six people who have recently appeared in the dock at Poole Magistrates' Court for criminal offences.

CRISTIAN-MIHAI PISLARU, aged 29 and of Handel Road, Southampton, found guilty of being in charge of a Vauxhall Corsa in a car park in Leicester Road, Poole, on July 27 with 60 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £600. To pay £60 and £620 costs. Driving record endorsed with 10 points.

MARIE AYRES, aged 54 and of Skinner Street, Poole, convicted of assaulting a man by beating him in Poole on April 1, 2021. Committed to prison for four weeks concurrent. Also convicted of attempting to steal a bottle of red wine to the value of £7.99 belonging to Tesco’s Stores in Poole on April 1, 2021. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. To pay £75 compensation. Also convicted of failing to comply with a direction given to her under section 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 in that he returned to the locality specified or part of it, namely Ashley Road, Poole, within the exclusion period specified in the direction in Poole on April 1, 2021. Committed to prison for one week concurrent. Also convicted of stealing a quantity of wine belonging to Tesco in Poole on April 1, 2021. Committed to prison for two weeks concurrent. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on March 21, 2021, for the offences of theft and common assault. Suspended sentence of 10 weeks’ imprisonment, suspended for six months, implanted in full. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on August 30, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on April 13. Committed to prison for one week concurrent.

ION NITA, aged 33 and of Nelson Road, Poole, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Guildford on January 22. Fined £250. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months. Also admits using an Audi A2 on the M3 between junction 4 and 4a in Camberley on January 22 without insurance. Fined £250. Driving record endorsed. Also admits using an Audi A2 on the M3 between junction 4 and 4a in Camberley on January 22 without a MOT certificate. No separate penalty.

Bournemouth Echo:

PAUL EDWARD PINNER, aged 58 and of no fixed abode, found guilty driving a motor vehicle in Catalina Drive, Poole, on September 10, 2021, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Driving record endorsed. Also found guilty of using a motor vehicle in Catalina Drive, Poole, on September 10, 2021, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Also found guilty of using a motor vehicle in Catalina Drive, Poole, on September 15, 2021, without a MOT certificate. No separate penalty. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on May 13, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on February 11. No separate penalty.

GIULIANNO COEN, aged 49 and of Bredy Close, Poole, found guilty of contacting a woman in Poole between March 13 and March 31, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made on December 16, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge.

JOSEPH PERRY, aged 34 and of Bourne Road, Essendine, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a Ford panel van, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence after December 24, 2021. Fined £594. To pay £59 surcharge and £250 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
