CAN someone please explain to me why BCP Council think muggins here, BCP tax payer, should be investing in property with either an horrific crime rate or roads that flood?
Didn’t anyone else want it? Street crime and flooding hit active travel hard.
A council should be reducing crime by limiting alcohol licensing and reducing flooding by cleaning out all the blocked gullies.
Private investors would be queuing up for property here then, bringing jobs and hope.
