BOURNEMOUTH

MARCIN GLOWACKI, aged 48 and of Wavell Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a Holloway Avenue, Bournemouth, on February 27 with 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £620. To pay £63 surcharge and £500 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 21 months.

MACIEJ GRZEGORZ MAMROL, aged 28 and of Roumeila Lane, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on October 17, 2019, by failing to attend appointments with his probation practitioner on September 15, September 22 and September 29. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.

NATHAN HOBILL, aged 25 and of St Mary’s Court, Workington, admits at a designated football match held at Vitality Stadium, without lawful authority or lawful excuse, throwing an electronic vape at or towards the home supporters on October 8. Fined £100. To pay £40 surcharge and £85 costs.

JACOB PETER JARZAK, aged 39 and of Southbourne Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Steve Bowes, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Bournemouth on December 5, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £100 compensation and £34 surcharge.

TRACEY HELEN SMITH, aged 53 and of Southwood Avenue, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so in Southwood Avenue, Bournemouth, on October 8. Fined £200. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

ANTHONY JOHN BARRETT, aged 57 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements of a community order made on April 12 by failing to attend for planned telephone contact on May 5 and for planned office appointment on June 10 and June 20. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Also admits with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on June 21. Committed to prison for six weeks consecutive, suspended for 12 months. To pay £154 surcharge and £85 costs. Overall length of suspended sentence 14 weeks.

CHARLENE ANNE BROAD, aged 34 and of Markham Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing various items including clothing and alcohol to the value of £80.23 belonging to Home Bargains in Weymouth on March 29. To pay £80.23 compensation and £85 costs.

SEAN ROBINSON, aged 51 and of Hazelwood Road, Southampton, found guilty of driving an Audi motor car in Nuffield Road, Nuffield Industrial Estate, Poole, on January 7 without due care and attention. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £500 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

JORDAN FERNANDO ARMSTRONG, aged 21 and of Osborne Road, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 11, 2021, by failing to attend three planned probation appointments, one probation supervision appointment, one rehabilitation activity requirement appointment on September 20 and failed to attend a further probation supervision appointment on September 8. Community order revoked. To pay £60 costs. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for one year.

ADAM RICHARD BROTHWELL, aged 40 and of Sterte Close, Poole, admits damaging glass in the front door belonging to a woman in Poole on October 8. To pay £335 compensation.

KRZYSZTOF GLIWINSKI, aged 42 and of Chideock Close, admits when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so at Bournemouth Custody, Madeira Road, Bournemouth, on October 8. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on June 15 for an offence of failing to provide specimen in charge is in force. Community order revoked. New community order made.

NICHOLAS JAMES HADLAND, aged 67 and of Wareham Road, Lytchett Matravers, admits driving a Nissan motor car in Huntick Road, Lytchett Matravers, on April 4 otherwise than in accordance with a licence authorising him to drive that motor vehicle, the Secretary of State having on February 4 revoked such a licence to drive and since that earlier time he had not been granted a licence to drive a motor vehicle. Discharged conditionally for one year. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.
