BOURNEMOUTH

CLAIRE GOODCHILD, aged 36 and of Priory View Road, Bournemouth, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failing to do so in Bournemouth on October 6. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £80. To pay £114 surcharge. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

RICHARD DEAN CAINES, aged 47 and of Westcliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits having a quantity of heroin in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on January 30. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge and £40 costs. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

LENNY MCCAW, aged 52 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a pedal cycle belonging to a man in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on August 12. To pay £355 compensation. Also admits damaging a glass window pane to the value of £300 belonging to a business in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on July 13. To pay £300 compensation.

OLIVER GOATLEY, aged 33 and of Tregonwell Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Croydon Magistrates’ Court on February 24, 2021, by failing to attend supervision on May 26, June 6 and September 6. Fined £100. To pay £60 costs.

LAMIN SANNEH, aged 46 and of Wharncliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to notify the police on August 20 of a change to his address within three days that he was prohibited from doing by a sexual risk order made on October 13, 2021. Discharged conditionally for one year. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs.

AMANDA JAYNE SWANN, aged 32 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting a woman by beating her in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on October 25. Discharged conditionally for one year. To pay £26 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits wilfully obstructing PC Carmichael a constable in the execution of his duty in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on October 25. Discharged conditionally for one year.

JAMIE LEE RICHARD PAYNE, aged 30 and of Glen Road, Bournemouth, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on August 3. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in a 29-day Thinking Skills programme and up to 10 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £114 surcharge and £85 costs.

PETER JAMES MOORE, aged 42 and of Church Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing a tips jar belonging to a man in Bournemouth on September 15, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must follow an overnight curfew for one month and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £40 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting a man by beating him at Co-op in Belle Vue Road, Bournemouth, on October 19, 2021. Community order made. Restraining order made, which lasts until October 25, 2024. To pay £85 costs.

HELEN LYNNE COOPER, aged 45 and of Durdells Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Canford Road, Bournemouth, on May 27 with 53 micrograms of cocaine per litre of blood. Fined £50. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. Also admits using a motor vehicle in Canford Road, Bournemouth, on May 27 without insurance. Fined £50. Driving record endorsed. Also admits a motor vehicle in Canford Road, Bournemouth, on May 27 with 800 micrograms of benzoylecgonine, the main metabolite of cocaine, per litre of blood. Fined £50. Driving record endorsed. Also admits commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on March 23 for the offences of possession with intent to supply. No action taken on breach.

CHRISTCHURCH

CARLEY NEESHA FLYNN, aged 37 and of Purewell, Christchurch, admits driving a Suzuki Swift in Castle Lane West, Bournemouth, on June 14 while unfit to drive through drink. Fined £120. To pay £34 surcharge and £300 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.

EAST DORSET

EMMA JANE KELLY, aged 40 and of School Lane, Three Legged Cross, admits when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failing to do so in West Moors Road, West Moors. Fined £507. To pay £203 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 16 months.
