LAURA MARIE KING, aged 29 and of Heron Court Road, Charminster, admits obstructing an engine or carriage using the railway at Bournemouth Railway Station on July 28, 2021. Committed to prison for four months concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Also admits having a large knife at Bournemouth Railway Station on July 28, 2021. Committed to prison for four months concurrent, suspended for 12 months. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having a bread knife at Chaseside, Bournemouth, on May 25. TERANCE HORTON, aged 61 and of Hambledon Gardens, Bournemouth, admits driving a motor vehicle in Hambledon Gardens, Bournemouth, on July 30 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £120. To pay £114 surcharge. Disqualified from a holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

LENNY MCCAW, aged 52 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing a pedal cycle to the value of £600 belonging to a man in a bike rack in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on September 7. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £120. To pay £114 surcharge. Also admits having articles for use in the course of or in connection with theft, namely bolt croppers and clippers in Leven Avenue, Bournemouth, on September 7. Community order made.

KYE DAVID BREWER, aged 43 and of Parley Road, Bournemouth, admits with intent to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on June 12, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made, whereby the defendant must carry out 80 hours of unpaid of work. To pay £100 compensation.

PATRICK KONARSKI, aged 27 and of St Michael’s Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a black Peugeot 207 estate in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on May 24 without due care and attention. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed. Also admits being the driver of a driving a black Peugeot 207 estate owing to the presence of which in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, on May 24 an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to a woman and not having given his name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring him to do so, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as was reasonably practicable and in any case within 24 hours of the occurrence of the accident. EMMA MICHELLE COOPER, aged 40 and of Winfrith Crescent, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle on the A338 Spur Road southbound on September 30 with 45 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

DANIEL MARK REYNOLDS, aged 47 and of HMP Erlestoke, admits stealing three pairs of denim jeans valued at £120 belonging to Beales Dolphin Centre, Poole, High Street, Poole, on May 24. Fined £80. To pay £34 surcharge.

SEBASTIAN ALEXANDER SCOTT, aged 29 and of St Margaret’s Road, Poole, admits driving a VW Golf in Lindsay Road, Poole, on September 29 with 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £400. To pay £160 and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
