BOURNEMOUTH

SONNY BOY JOHNSON, aged 20 and of Mandale Close, Bournemouth, admits dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely an electric scooter to the value of £150 belonging to a man, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods in Wimborne Road, Poole, on March 25, 2021. Fined £200. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

STEVEN LEONARD GEORGE DICKS, aged 44 and of Cornish Gardens, Bournemouth, admits stealing a crate of beer to the value of £16 belonging to Tesco Stores in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth, on August 10. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £16 compensation.

JAKE GEORGE WILSON, aged 26 and of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made on July 18 by failing to attend alcohol treatment appointments on September 15 and September 26. Suspended sentence imposed on July 17 for an offence of assault by beating varied, whereby the defendant must have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months. To pay £60 costs.

JORDAN LEWIS KING, aged 24 and of Wycliffe Road, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 8 by failing to attend supervision appointments on September 6, September 12 and September 20. Fined £150. To pay £60 costs.

CHRISTCHURCH

MICHELLE JOANNA COLE, aged 47 and of no fixed abode, admits driving a motor vehicle in Arthur Road, Christchurch, on March 4 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Fined £66. To pay £34 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three months. Also admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 26 by failing to report as instructed for unpaid work appointments on February 2 and February 17. Community order revoked. To pay £85 costs. New community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

EAST DORSET

RAYMOND MACDONALD, aged 40 and of Christchurch Road, Longham, admits driving a Ford Focus in Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, on September 14, with 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £500. To pay £50 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

TRISTAN WILLIAM JONES, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release form a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend an initial appointment on September 23. Committed to prison for seven days.

JAMIE MCMILLAN, aged 48 and of no fixed abode, admits assaulting PC Butler, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker by beating her in Poole on September 24. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits assaulting DO Godtschailk, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Bournemouth on September 24. Community order made. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on July 15, 2021, for the offences of assault emergency worker and assault by beating emergency worker was in force. Community order revoked. New community order made.

JOSHUA BYRNE, aged 25 and of Carlton Grove, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 6 by failing to attend planned office appointments on September 15 and September 21. Community order compliance date extended. Fined £123. To pay £60 costs.

JONATHAN CHRISTOPHER MCDONAGH, aged 25 and of Yarrow Close, Poole, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on July 23, 2021, by failing to attend a home visit on July 11 and Building Better Relationships programme appointments on September 13 and September 20. Fined £150. To pay £60 costs.

PURBECK

MATTHEW LESLIE KENT, aged 42 and of Bells Orchard Lane, Wareham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on December 24, 2021, by failing to attend a supervision appointment on March 7. Fined £182. To pay £60 costs.
