POLICE have issued a CCTV appeal after a man stole a bike from outside Tesco and rode off on it.
At around 2 pm on Monday, September 19, a black Carrera mountain bike was stolen from outside of Tesco Express in Bourne Avenue.
Officers investigating the theft have issued CCTV images of a man they would like to identify.
Police Community Support Investigator Kayleigh Hole, of Dorset Police, said: “We are continuing to investigate this theft and we have obtained CCTV images of a man we would like to identify.
“I appreciate his face cannot be clearly seen, but I would urge anyone who recognises him from his general build and clothing to please contact us.”
