BOURNEMOUTH

STEPHEN GEORGE HEARD, aged 28 and of HMP Portland, admits assaulting PC Rhona Blair, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Bournemouth on March 27. Committed to prison for two weeks. To pay £50 compensation. Also admits assaulting PC Rhiannon House, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of her functions as such a worker, by beating her in Bournemouth on March 28. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. To pay £100 compensation. Also admits commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of 12 months imposed on October 27, 2021 for offences of possession of class C drugs and criminal damage. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive. Overall length of sentence six weeks.

COREY WILLIAM GUDGEON, aged 41 and of no fixed abode, admits destroying a Perspex screen to the value of £50 belonging to Boots in Bournemouth on October 6. To pay £50 compensation.

SEBRINA NATASHA CHIN, aged 44 and of Windham Road, Bournemouth, admits stealing clothing belonging to JD Sport in Commercial Road, Bournemouth, on June 3 valued at £120. To pay £120 compensation.

STEPHEN MARK THOMAS, aged 40 and of High Howe Lane, Bournemouth, admits assaulting PC Gent, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him in Norrish Road, Poole, on July 1, 2021. Fined £150. To pay £50 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits assaulting PC Pearson, an emergency worker acting in the exercise of his functions as such a worker, by beating him at Poole General Hospital, on July 1, 2021. Fined £150. To pay £50 compensation.

LAUREN DANIELLE JONES, aged 35 and of St Paul’s Lane, Bournemouth, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 3 by failing to attend appointments on August 16, August 23 and August 30. Community order varied, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

POOLE

MAURICE NORMAN TRUEMAN, aged 84 and of Bob Hann Close, Parkstone, found guilty of sexually assaulting a female in Poole on September 19, 2021. Fined £185. To pay £36 surcharge and £320 costs. Also found guilty of sexually assaulting a female in Poole between September 18, 2021, and September 21, 2021. Fined £180.

GLENMORE KIE D HAYDON, aged 20 and of Mountbatten Close, Gypsy Hill, London, admits having an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed at Lifeboat Quay, Poole, on August 19. Committed to detention for three months, suspended for 12 months. To pay £154 surcharge and £85 costs. Knife to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits having a quantity of cannabis at Lifeboat Quay, Poole, on August 19. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

SCOTT HALL, aged 41 and of no fixed abode, admits being intoxicated at the Lord Nelson Public House, Poole, on October 7, which he was prohibited from doing by a criminal behaviour order made on January 11. Committed to prison for 26 weeks. To pay £187 surcharge.
