LEE ROGER EMM, aged 42 and of Kingsclere Avenue, Southampton, admits using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises in Bournemouth on October 9, 2021, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to said entry. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in an accredited programme for 28 days and take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until October 2, 2027. Fined £50. To pay £150 compensation, £95 surcharge and £620 costs. Also admits using threatening and abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment alarm or distress in Bournemouth on October 9, 2021. Fined £50. To pay £100 compensation.

ROSS ANTONY DONALDSON, aged 50 and of Stourwood Avenue, Bournemouth, admits damaging a car wheel/tyre belonging to a woman in Boscombe on March 9. Discharged conditionally for six months. To pay £22 surcharge and £85 costs.

STEPHEN JOHN PULLEN, aged 40 and of Abotts Court, Poole, admits assaulting a woman by beating her at Poole Bus Station in Kingland Road, Poole, on September 9. Fined £120. To pay £48 surcharge and £85 costs.

ONUR ALTUN, aged 29 and of Kimmeridge Avenue, Parkstone, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on January 4 by failing to attend for unpaid work appointments on June 29, July 6 and July 13, a telephone appointment on July 6 and appointments with his probation practitioner on July 27 and August 3. Community order revoked. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

BENJAMIN PAUL NEWMA, aged 28 and of Chapelhay Heights, Weymouth, admits driving a VW Golf in Broadstone Way, Poole, on September 10 with 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
