THERE’S a month to go until Bonfire Night.

Multiple organised firework displays are set to light up the skies across Dorset and the New Forest.

Here’s a round-up of some of the big public events that will be taking place.

Littledown Fireworks

Three huge displays will take place at the Littledown Centre on Saturday, November 5.

Displays will take place at 7pm, 8pm and 9pm and there will be a funfair, food and drink, a family indoor zone, sports and more.

There is an early bird offer as well as a VIP area for adults and a family VIP area.

Bournemouth Echo:

Poole Quay

A huge free firework display comes to Poole Quay on Saturday, November 5. 

The party atmosphere will begin from 5pm ahead of a display at 8pm. 

 There will be live music, family entertainment and activities to delight the crowds and keep the fun going until the big firework finale.

People have been advised to expect delays to due the popularity of the event and drivers are recommended to park at either the Dolphin Shopping Centre or Harbourside Park.

Bransgore Fireworks Display

Bransgore Fireworks Display will be held at The Three Tuns on Friday, November 4. 

The gates will open at 5.30pm and there will be a variety of stalls, hot food, drinks and snacks. 

Tickets are in advance only and cost £5 for adults, £3 for children and £15 for a family ticket. 

No tickets will be sold on the door. 

All funds raised go to Bransgore School.

Bournemouth Echo:

Ringwood Grand Fireworks

Taking place on Sunday, November 6, Ringwood's fireworks extravaganza at Carvers Recreation Ground will feature two displays.

Gates and a fairground will open from 3pm, followed by children's entertainment at 4pm and a 'low bangs' display at 5.30pm. There will be entertainment courtesy of the Swing Unlimited Big Band before a bonfire is lit at 6.15pm.

A main fireworks display will take place at 7pm. 

Advanced tickets will be £2 and £4 on the gate. Pre-school children, disabled people and carers are free.

Butchers Coppice

A traditional family fireworks and bonfire display comes to Butchers Coppice Scout Camp in Duck Lane on Saturday, November 5. 

Gates open at 5.30pm with the bonfire lit at 6pm. 

A guy competition takes place at 6.30pm before a fireworks display at 7.30pm.

East Dorset Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club

The club will host a firework display on Saturday, November 5.

Gates open at 5pm with fireworks from 7pm.

There will be activities for all ages, a toddler play area, hot food stalls, ice cream and a bar which will be open till late. 

Entry will be by e-ticket only and tickets are priced at £8 for those aged 15 and over, £2 for children and entry is free for those under two.

Family tickets are £24 for two adults and two children.
