A FIRE broke out at a derelict building in Bournemouth on Tuesday evening.
Firefighters were called to the incident in Florence Road in Boscombe at 6.20pm.
The fire occurred on the ground floor of the property.
A search of the building was carried out, but no one was found to be inside.
Fire crews from Westbourne, Christchurch and Poole attended.
The fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet and one safety jet.
The incident was dealt with by 7.13pm.
