FIREFIGHTERS dealt with a blaze at a Bournemouth heathland on Tuesday evening.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service received a report of a heath fire at Turbary Common at 6.39pm.
The fire involved an area of heath measuring approximately 30m x 30m.
Fire crews from Redhill, Springbourne, Poole and Christchurch attended.
It was extinguished using four hose reel jets and beaters.
The last crews left the scene just before 8.30pm.
