AMURIEL DALLE-PRANE, aged 38 and of Curzon Road, Bournemouth, found guilty of driving a Toyota motor car in August 12, 2021, and failing to comply with the indication given by a traffic sign, namely zig-zag lines at a puffin crossing in Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on August 12, 2021. Fined £100. To pay £34 surcharge and £150 costs.

PHILIP DOUGLAS HART, aged 44 and of New Park Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a silver BMW in Wentworth Avenue, Bournemouth, on June 24 with 45 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £225. To pay £102 surcharge and £200 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

ROBERT ANTHONY SIMON LUTHER-SMITH, aged 67 and of Ferncroft Road, Bournemouth, convicted of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order on November 26, 2021, by failing to attend for planned appointments on March 14 and March 24. Community order revoked. To pay £250 costs. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.
