Police say they believe no offences had been committed and nor were there any suspicious circumstances.

Witnesses say they saw a man on the floor next to Post pub with blood around him, mostly coming from his arm, they suspected.

Manouch, owner of the Lord Sandwich shop, said he saw the man and a woman “messing around”.
