LUKASZ FRODEL, aged 42 and of Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, admits intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting in Bournemouth on September 12, 2021. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 15, 2023. Fined £100. To pay £100 compensation, £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

EAST DORSET

CHARLIE HEARD, aged 25 and of Redmans View, Verwood, admits assaulting a man thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm in Beale Place, Bournemouth, on April 9. Committed to prison for 14 weeks, suspended for 24 months. To pay £100 compensation, £128 surcharge and £85 costs.

SHANNON EMMA BIRD, aged 27 and of Ford Lane, Ferndown, admits using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in St Leonards on June 23. Fined £80. To pay £32 surcharge and £85 costs.

NORTH DORSET

JASON BARTON, aged 54 and of Rhode Lane, Bridgewater, admits failing to comply with a community protection notice in that he entered Sherborne, Dorset, and were making calls threatening to kill his mother on September 15. Fined £50. To pay £20 surcharge.

POOLE

PAUL MARTIN GADSDEN, aged 68 and of Alexander Road, Parkstone, found guilty of using towards a man threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe them immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, on July 18, 2021. Fined £1,153. To pay £200 compensation, £115 surcharge and £650 costs.

ANDREI NEAGU, aged 29 and of Granby Avenue, Livingston, Edinburgh, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made on August 16, 2019, at Poole Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on August 17 and August 24. To pay £60 costs. Fined £1,000.

SCOTT ANTHONY MCCOWEN, aged 28 and of Tatnam Road, Poole, admits damaging a Volvo motor vehicle belonging to a man in Poole on May 7. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. To pay £200 compensation.

MITCH GEORGE MICHELL, aged 29 and of no fixed abode, admits stealing clothing to the value of £109.98 belonging to Superdry in Regent Street, London, on June 29, 2016. Committed to prison for 14 days consecutive. To pay £115 surcharge. Also admits having cannabis in Superdry in Regent Street, London, on June 29, 2016. No separate penalty. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed. Also admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor and reside permanently at an address approved by his supervisor and obtain the prior permission of his supervisor for any stay of one or more nights at a different address. Committed to prison for 14 days. Overall length of sentence 28 days.

PATRICK MICHAEL STEVEN DONEGAN, aged 36 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to take part in activities in accordance with instructions given by his supervisor in that he failed to attend for planned supervision appointments on April 29, May 3, June 1 and June 23. Committed to prison for seven days.
