A MAN has been handed a length driving ban after committing motoring offences on a quad bike in a shop car park.
James Anthony Eugine Ward was in the dock at Poole Magistrates’ Court on September 23 in relation to events in Three Legged Cross on April 24.
Ward, aged 23, pleaded guilty to driving whilst unfit to do so through drink and driving whilst disqualified.
Court papers stated that he drove a blue and white Yamaha Raptor quad bike in the customer car park of Central Stores in Verwood Road.
The defendant, whose address was given as Broadmead Road, Three Legged Cross, was fined £200 and ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.
Ward was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
