A MAN is being taken to hospital following a crash involving a car and motorcycle in Branksome.
Emergency services are currently at the scene of the crash on The Avenue, at the junction with Tower Road West.
Road closures have been put in place and motorists are asked to avoid the area if possible.
Dorset Police says it received a report at 10.45am on Thursday September 29 of a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorcycle on The Avenue.
A spokesperson said: “Officers have attended, along with the ambulance service, and road closures have been put in place.
“A male casualty is being taken to hospital. We do not have any update on their condition at this time.
“We would like to thank members of the public for their patience and understanding while the road closures are in place.”
