A MAN has been charged in connection with an alleged indecent exposure incident in Bournemouth over the summer.

At around 5.45pm on Tuesday, June 14, two women aged in their 20s were sunbathing in Fampoux Gardens in Winton when a man reportedly approached them with his trousers down, exposing himself.

It is alleged the man then rolled over the two girls.

It was further reported he damaged one of the victim's sunglasses.

A 39-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested in connection with the incident and has now been charged with exposure, two counts of assault and criminal damage.

He is due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 7.
