LEE DANIEL FORD, aged 38 and of Medway Road, Ferndown, admits taking without the consent of the owner a mechanically propelled vehicle for the use of himself or another and after the vehicle was unlawfully taken and before it was recovered, owing to the driving of the vehicle, an accident occurred by which damage was caused to property other than the vehicle namely addresses in Canford Bottom, Colehill, where he caused damage to the fences, brick walls and hedges on November 27, 2021. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. To pay £400 compensation.

THOMAS DANIEL ABBOTT, aged 32 and of Hightown Road, Ringwood, admits assaulting a man by beating him in Christchurch on May 25. Restraining order made, which lasts until September 11, 2024. Fined £500. To pay £100 compensation, £50 surcharge and £85 costs.

DANIEL MARK REYNOLDS, aged 47 and of HMP Erlestoke, admits stealing cosmetics valued at £1,169.21 belonging to Boots the Chemists in Lower Blandford Road, Poole, on May 28. To pay £1,169.21 compensation. Also admits stealing meat valued at £100 belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on June 16. To pay £100 compensation.

NATHAN PAUL PETER WRIGHT, aged 29 and of Hastings Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Trinidad Crescent, Poole, on August 7 with 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £300. To pay £120 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

KATHERINE ANNE MARY MCKENDRICK, aged 57 and of no fixed abode, admits failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that she failed to comply with a requirement of her post sentence supervision in that he failed to maintain contact with the probation service since July 27 and failed to attend a supervision appointment on August 4. Fined £50.
