A MAN has been sentenced for criminal damage in relation to spray painting a wall in the Lower Gardens.
Ricardo Correia, 44, was alleged to have committed the offence in the Bournemouth town centre open space on August 12.
He was also charged with possessing cannabis and breach of a conditional discharge order.
Appearing in the dock at Poole Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, September 14, Correia, of Wren Road, London, pleaded guilty to offences of criminal damage and possession of a class B drug, as well as the breach of the order.
He was fined £240 and ordered to pay a £96 surcharge and £85 costs.
