A REPORT from United States media outlet Bloomberg claims Cherries owner Maxim Demin is “reviving an attempt to sell the club”.
The report claims Russian businessman Demin has appointed California-based firm Montminy & Co “to help oversee a sale of the club” with Bloomberg also claiming they have seen a document on the process named “Project Goal”.
Bloomberg also claim the club are already “involved in discussions with one group of investors”.
A report from the same media outlet in July 2021 claimed Demin was “exploring options” for the club, including a potential sale.
Cherries are owned by businessman Demin.
Demin's AFCB Enterprises Ltd secured 100 per cent ownership of the club in 2019, having initially purchased a 50 per cent share in 2011.
When contacted by the Daily Echo regarding the above report, the club declined to comment.
